Jerad L. Smith, a distinguished US Marine Corps veteran with a Mechatronics Engineering degree, and Thomas J. Siegrist, a seasoned Industrial Engineering graduate from West Virginia University, have independently charted successful professional paths. Jerad's expertise in process automation has led to a remarkable and consistent 95% OTD, while Thomas has demonstrated expertise in cost avoidance and root cause problem-solving, successfully resolving over 500 multifaceted issues across critical areas such as Supply Chain, Warehousing, Production, Planning, and Quality.
